Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is ideally situated in an excellent location, close to major attractions and with a cozy atmosphere. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, enhancing the overall experience. However, the noise from passing traffic and trams can be disruptive at times. The dining experience offers a good variety of options and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, but there might be room for improvement in room soundproofing.
The hotel's location is perfect, near the city center, train and bus stops, and a variety of restaurants and shops. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had all the necessary facilities, making our stay very comfortable. The service was top-notch, with thoughtful details like an open window in our room showing the staff's care. The dining experience was fantastic, offering a fresh and plentiful selection to suit everyone's taste.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was perfect for a short stay, lovely and warm, clean, and tidy, although Room 12 was not the best choice. The service was very nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the center of Edinburgh, but the noise from a nearby street affected my sleep quality. The dining experience was good but had limited availability. Overall, a convenient place to stay with some minor drawbacks.
My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, although they appeared a bit outdated. On the downside, there was some traffic noise in the room. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely helpful and informative about the local area. The location was superb, being close to major transportation hubs and attractions. The dining experience was delightful, setting me up for the day. However, a few Japanese dishes were missed in the menu. The facilities were convenient for my stay, and the hotel offered good value for the money.
I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was served quickly and tasted amazing. The hosting skills were fantastic. However, the rooms could heat up on sunny days, and it was a bit worrying that the key to the private bathroom might be forgotten.
