The rooms had 2 single beds and a double bed, plenty of space, and an external bathroom that was very clean and well-equipped with all necessary facilities. Additionally, we had a kettle, a selection of teas, coffee, hot chocolate, and biscuits, which was more than sufficient.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was perfect for a short stay, lovely and warm, clean, and tidy, although Room 12 was not the best choice. The service was very nice, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the center of Edinburgh, but the noise from a nearby street affected my sleep quality. The dining experience was good but had limited availability. Overall, a convenient place to stay with some minor drawbacks.

My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities, although they appeared a bit outdated.
